The watch will be taken in and have the case back removed for an initial inspection. We will be looking for any signs of rust, water damage or general signs of wear on the top plate and automatic side. After this is done we will give our first estimate.

Once we have been given the go ahead we will then start to take the watch apart. Checking further for worn or broken parts that may need repairing or replacing. If we need to do so, this is the point where we will give our final estimate. The watch is then put through an extensive cleaning process both by hand and with machines. It will then be re assembled and re lubricated in the correct manner. The case of the watch will be lightly cleaned to remove any dirt on the head of the watch and the bracelet. (We will do a light polish or full case refurbishment on request.)

The movement will then be placed back into the case and given to a second watchmaker for an assessment on the work that has been carried out. Finally the watch will be timed in and placed on test for approximately 7 days before being returned to the customer.

All repairs carried out will come with a 12 month guarantee (terms & conditions apply)

Overall turnaround time will be 3-4 weeks.

The watch can either be sent by post or we can arrange a face to face meet for the collection and return.

Rolex services will start from £180 retail (traders can contact us for a trade price list)

Part jobs will be taken on but will be priced on application.

Batteries will start from £5 for unbranded watches and pressure testing from £20.
